DAHLIA BASAR, HEAD OF PARTNERSHIPS
A global management consultant, working with global companies to help educate and empower on topics: Commercial Development, Digital Innovation and Video Strategyjm. Commercial and strategic experience in sales, partnerships, scaling social impact initiatives and products across the UK, Europe, Americas, Middle East and Africa.
Previously an inaugural member of the Google UK sales team. Working at the forefront of digital and media industries across all Google and YouTube products whilst additionally working in nonprofit development within; Google.org, Making Herstory and Help Refugees UK in order to fundraise, mentor and help build stronger local and international communities.
Passionate and adherent of the belief that technology drives social change. It is this overriding ambition that motivates me to work with companies similarly interested in how a product/platform can help improve lives both locally and internationally.

LAYLA SARGENT, CO-FOUNDER
Layla is the budding entrepreneur among the Congress founders, having launched SUPA on a mission to de-stigmatise mental health in the workplace. Over the past year she’s built a collective of the UK’s leading mental health experts who work together in organisations improving employee wellbeing. Layla recently launched The Seam - an online network of tailors and seamstresses focussed on sustainable fashion and community.

ANNA MORROGH, Co-Founder
Anna cut her teeth in digital marketing at Google and YouTube, eventually leaving the mothership to see what the start-up world had to offer. She is Head of EMEA Marketing for InVisionApp, a digital product design platform. In a previous life Anna helped to launch The AllBright - a members club for working women and ran FoundHER, The Festival of Female Founders. (Anna also came up with the name for our network, proud moment there)

Felicity Cranfield, HEAD OF MEMBERSHIPS
Felicity started her career in a non-profit organisation and then moved across to the charity sector as an events manager; first for a wildlife charity and more recently for a charitable foundation. Felicity has managed a variety of events and has spent 12 years working with diverse and eclectic clients.
She is a Brand Ambassador for The Wing London.

REBEKAH DOBSON, HEAD OF Legal Operations
Rebekah found her passion for law many moons ago and it was a natural progression for her to move from college to university and then law school. Rebekah stepped away from the traditional avenue of becoming a solicitor and found herself in the ever fast-paced and challenging world of start-ups. She then move into project management in corporate finance and was lucky enough to find herself in NYC. Since returning to the UK, Rebekah has had a wealth of experience in the legal teams of the finance/real estate world and start-ups, and has met many wonderful people along the way.

CIARA BYRNE, HEAD OF STRATEGY
After spending five years at Google Ciara decided to change industries to Condé Nast. She worked initially for Condé Nast Britain in a Commercial Director role and later moved to Condé Nast International where she is now Director of New Business Innovation and responsible for creating to business opportunities for Condé Nast globally.

Cleo McGee, Head of Events
Cleo has had an incredibly varied career that started in Freud Communications in Talent PR, moving through private events in the entertainment world, with a pit stop as a teacher, before learning about all things tech at WIRED. She was part of the Conde Nast Brand Licensing and New Markets team which was instrumental in launching new Vogue magazines globally, before freelancing in the tech (secret nerd) world of partnerships and events. It is safe to say that Cleo’s career has been incredibly wide ranging, interesting and above all exciting! She is someone who revels in new challenges and is always motivated to stand up for causes she believes in and puts her time and effort into projects that add greater merit to society as a whole. For Cleo, being part of Congress London is a blessing. Organising events for women to both network, learn and lift each other up is indeed what it is all about. KATHERINE BAKER, HEAD OF PROGRAMMING AND cONTENT
As a Corporate Trainer and Coach Katherine has worked with teams of all shapes and sizes across SE Asia, USA, Pakistan, Great Britain and France. The courses she runs cover areas including business negotiations, influencing, business development, personal development and presentation skills. Katherine pull on over 10 years experience in sales and marketing to help her do this, and looks forward to seeing what Congress London events bring! Since launching Congress, Katherine has taken on a new role as Business Development Director at the School of CEOs

Caroline is a communications expert with over 15 years experience in healthcare, specialising in content, marketing and media relations. A skilled writer and editor, Caroline believes in the power of a good story.
Her other passion is personal development and leadership. Caroline is an accredited life and business coach, and works holistically with women who are going through a period of change or stepping up in their careers.
At home, she is mother-in-chief of two small humans.
